Timothée is supporting Rock Rail in the introduction of its innovative, competitive and 4th Railway Package compliant funding solutions to the French railway market.

Timothée has over 12 years of experience in the rail industry. Before creating his own strategic rail consultancy Raillissime Consulting in 2019, he was UK business development director for SNCF. He previously led rail projects in joint ventures owned by major transport groups including Keolis, Go-Ahead, Stagecoach, Virgin Trains and SNCF. He’s been involved in many successful railway bids across Europe and the US. Prior to this Timothée held senior managerial positions for SNCF in TGV and suburban train maintenance depots.

Timothée brings with him a comprehensive knowledge of the British and French rail markets and will support Rock Rail’s business development in France as it continues to grow its rolling stock portfolio.
